Traditionally, most people purchase their fresh-cut Christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. Hoping that they are getting the pick of the plantation, plus they assume it helps make the tree last through December 25th. What most don't know is that the best time to buy a Christmas tree from big-box stores and tree lots is in mid-November. The reason being, most of the Christmas trees on display at stores and tree lots have been cut as early as late-October.
